		<description>@lauren: I love that area too...but this is more north to be closer to home, making the odds that I can spend time there a &lt;em&gt;little&lt;/em&gt; more possible...it&#039;s in Rogers Park along Glenwood.  Not the super best area...but that&#039;s why it only takes 100 shirts a month to make rent.  

(I actually live right by a super-good knit shop already...jealous?)</description>
